Shipping Policy

Silk&Tea accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations within the United States. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Silk&Tea shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Silk&Tea is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions applicable to orders placed for international delivery, some of our products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations outside the United States. We reserve the right to define which products may be delivered to your country. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products of materials, it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for international delivery. All purchases will be made in USD dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration fee. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international delivery.
